Pop Up! Emotional Intelligence: Building Leadership Skills Through Self-Awareness and Self-Management

Team Members will learn about the “self” focused components of emotional intelligence, explore personal struggles with self-awareness and self-management, and learn strategies to develop high self-awareness and self-management. Participants will also learn about the four categories of human experience and how to recognize signs of emotional hijacking.

About the Presenter: Tracy Burger
Tracy Burger is a certified coach, trained facilitator and nonprofit director. She is passionate about helping others see their way out of suffering, refocus life as a marvelous journey, and step out of the illusion of the mind. Her passion for deepening human relationships through better conversations and stories led her to write her memoir, Running Away from Home. She believes in each person’s individual power and purpose and challenges them to improve their lives, relationships and everyday performance.Tracy lives in Gainesville, Florida with her husband and two German Shepherds.
