Women’s Giving Circle
Who We Are
The Women’s Giving Circle of North Central Florida is a group of women who combine their resources to address the philanthropic needs of women and girls in the Gainesville community. The Circle is a special initiative of the Community Foundation that enables women to direct their giving in purposeful and strategic ways. Members are women of all ages and professions from our community.

Mission:
To build a community of women philanthropists and grant funds to support organizations, programs, and initiatives that address the needs of women and girls in our community.
To improve the lives of women and girls in Alachua County through collective giving and collaborative grantmaking and develop female philanthropists.
Our Impact
Since 2006, the members of the Women’s Giving Circle have invested more than $1.1 million to address such issues as economic empowerment, job skills, education, mental health, domestic violence, and more.
