The NextGen Changemakers program was launched in 2022 to engage the next generation of philanthropists in our community! 

The NextGen Changemakers program by the Community Foundation is dedicated to empowering the next generation of philanthropic leaders in North Central Florida. With a mission to connect, cultivate, inspire, and engage, this initiative offers participants a unique opportunity to explore and refine their philanthropic journey and identity. Through learning from peers and seasoned community leaders, participants gain valuable insights into emerging trends and possibilities in philanthropy. The program fosters a supportive and private community where members can access innovative tools, resources, and networks, equipping them to make a meaningful impact through their giving and community leadership.
